My name is Ms. Young, and I love being the teacher here at Kitty Hawk Middle School! This is my fifth year teaching. Some of those years were spent teaching English to refugees from various countries. I've taught various subjects and love integrating those skills into our art projects. I have a lot of fun projects planned for our students. Throughout art class, students will learn a variety of artistic techniques, vocabulary and problem solving skills. Students will work with a wide range of mediums including tempera paint, watercolors, acrylic paint, oil pastels, textiles, colored pencils, and ceramics! The best way to contact me is through email.
