I am ecstatic to be starting off the school year of 2022-2023 as a Teacher/Coach at Wagner High School! I'm looking forward to getting to meet and build meaningful relationships with as many of you as possible. 

Being a graduate of 野花社区视频 high school in 2008 it's only right that I chose to return to JISD as an educator/coach to give back to the very 野花社区视频 that played a major role in building character within myself. After high school I attended Texas State University- San Marcos where I competed in Track & Field on a full scholarship all four years and Graduated with my Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice-Law Enforcement. Upon my completion of college, I continued to compete in Track & Field, representing the Philippines in competitions overseas while also working as a Mental Health Worker full time. After my 4th year working in mental health with children & adolescents (ages 6-17) I decided to pursue my certificate to teach Special Education. I am currently enrolled in Texas Teachers of Tomorrow, which is an excellent alternate teaching program. I've received my intern teaching certificate for Special Education (EC-12) and will be looking forward to Co-teaching with my fellow teachers in the English department all the while keeping all students on equal playing fields in the learning environment.

Being both a SPed Teacher and an Assistant Coach for girl's track & field, I'm eager to instill the mindset of being tenacious towards success on the track and also in the classroom. If there are any questions, please feel free to reach out to me and I'll try my best to respond in a timely manner.
