Mr. Kevin Howerton
Greetings everyone. My name is Kevin Howerton. I was born and raised in the great state of Texas. I graduated from Theodore Roosevelt High School in 1979. I have an AAS in Computer Technology from San Antonio College, a BS in Geology from UTSA, and a M.Ed. in Curriculum and Instruction with an emphasis in Technology from Grand Canyon University.
This will be my 20th year as an educator. I was a classroom teacher for two years at
Pearsall High School. At Memorial High School in the Edgewood ISD, I spent two years
as a Science Interventionist, four years as a classroom teacher, and two years as an
Instructional Technology Facilitator (ITF). This will be my 10th year at Karen Wagner
High School. I have taught Biology, Chemistry, Earth and Space Science,
Environmental Science, and Physics.
My wife and I have been married for 35 years and I have one daughter.
