Hello, I am Mrs. Hammac!  Here is a little information about me. I am originally from San Antonio, however when I soon left with my husband when we joined the military. I returned to San Antonio to attend Incarnate Word College where I  received my bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.  Then a job opportunity sent me to Boston Massachusetts. It afforded me the opportunity to attend the University of Massachusetts where I earned my master’s in business administration.

However, life happens and 9/11 occurred. This was a turning point for me, and I realized I needed to come home to Texas. Since my husband was stationed at Fort Hood, unfortunately jobs are limited, especially in business. Since I was a trainer in the military, I decided to get a Teaching certification.  Baylor University was close by and an excellent university. This is where I received my Masters in Curriculum and Instruction. 

My job in the military was as a medic and a military instructor. I love teaching and I love teaching health.  This is my 20th year teaching, having started my teaching career in Waco, Tx. I have been teaching at 野花社区视频 ISD for the last sixteen years. This is my 4th year at Wagner HS. I look forward to teaching my students and would love to meet their parents, too!
