I am excited to be your Strategic Learning Math teacher for the 2023-2024 school year! 

I am a native of Memphis, TN and moved to Texas in March '23. My husband and I have three boys, ages 10, 3, & 1½. This will be my 6th year as a Math educator. I have previously taught 6th, 7th, & 8th grade Math. I earned my Bachelor's from The LeMoyne-Owen College of Memphis, TN and my Master's from Bethel University of McKenzie, TN. My favorite subject is and will always be Math!

In my spare time I love to sing, laugh, and be crafty whether it is putting furniture together or making custom t-shirts. I also enjoy helping whenever the chance is present. 

My goal is not only to help you learn and strengthen your Math knowledge, but to also encourage you to believe that anything is possible and attainable no matter how difficult it may 'seem'. I hope that my love for Math combined with my drive for helping and learning allows you to reach all of your academic goals for the school year.
