Hello Choir Family!

I am excited to work with you all as the Director of Choral Activities for the Rocket Choir at 野花社区视频 High School!

I attended Converse Elementary School, Woodlake Hills Middle School, and am a proud graduate of 野花社区视频 High School. I graduated from Texas State University in San Marcos and started my teaching journey in Bastrop ISD as the music teacher at Mina Elementary School and Bluebonnet Elementary School for one semester. I moved to Houston and was the assistant choral director at North Shore Middle School in Galena Park ISD for 6 years and came back to San Antonio to open Pieper Ranch Middle School in 2018 and taught there for 4 years. I am glad to be back home in Converse and teaching choir at 野花社区视频 HS and Woodlake Hills MS. 

When I am not at school, I work as a church musician at Alamo Heights Presbyterian Church. I recently completed my coursework at Southeastern Oklahoma State University and now have a Master of Education in School Counseling. On the weekends, my husband, Cliff, and I like to go on short road trips to explore the hill country, try out new recipes, and binge watch Harry Potter movies.
