I am excited about the start of our new year and the opportunity of teaching your child at 野花社区视频 High School.  

I am entering my 29th year of teaching.  I graduated from La Grange High School in 1989 and graduated Sum Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree from St. Mary's University in 1994.  I received my Masters of Arts degree in Educational Leadership in 1996 as a Distinguished Graduate.  I played softball and volleyball at the collegiate level.  At Wharton County Junior College our volleyball team had a 4th place finish at the National tournament.  At St. Mary's University, our softball team went to the national tournament all three years of my participation with our best finish being 5th place out of 20 teams.  I had the opportunity to be the Assistant Volleyball Coach at St. Mary's University in the Fall of 1993 and then finish my career on the softball field in 1994.  In 1994, I became the St. Mary's Head Softball coach and continued as the Assistant Volleyball coach for three years.   

This is my 22nd year at 野花社区视频 High School as the Head Softball coach and Physical Education teacher.  I serve as the Physical Education/Health Department Head.  Prior to 野花社区视频, I coached at the collegiate level at St. Mary's University as the Head Softball coach and Assistant Volleyball coach  from 1994-1997.  After St. Mary's, I went to North East ISD and taught for four years at Driscoll Middle School.  While coaching at 野花社区视频 High School, I had the opportunity to be the Assistant Volleyball coach at Trinity University from 2002-2004.  The Rocket softball team had their historic run in 2021 with a State runner-up finish.  The groups I am involved with at 野花社区视频 High School are Fellowship of Christian Athletes,  "Fueling the Rocket" committee, and serve on our Senior committee.
