野花社区视频

I am really excited about teaching Agriculture here at 野花社区视频 High School!  How cool is it that you get to do what you love?!  I will be teaching Floral Design and Principles of Agriculture. 

I did not grow up too far from here, which was in Bulverde, and graduated from Smithson Valley HS in 2002.  I first graduated from Palo Alto College with my Associates Degree in Applied Science and obtained my LVT (Licensed Veterinary Technician) in 2005.  I then obtained my Bachelor's of Science in Agriculture with a teaching certificate from Texas State University in 2011 and then began my career as an Agriculture Science Teacher. 

I student taught at 野花社区视频 High School in the Spring of 2011 and continued on into a career of teaching here in the Fall of 2011; this will be my 12th year of teaching.  I am one of the advisors for the 野花社区视频 FFA. My duties are to oversee the Lambs, train the Public Relations and Sr. Creed Speakers for LDE's and train Floriculture and Cotton for CDE's.  On campus, I volunteer on the Senior Committee and help with many of the events hosted for the Jr/Sr classes, such as Prom, Sr Olympics, and the Elephant Walk.  

I am extremely excited to meet the new students that will begin with the Principles of Ag or Floral Desin Courses and see all of the familiar faces as well!  Let's make it a great school year!
