Hello! And welcome to 4th grade Wildcats!!

My name is Yesenia Goldfarb and I am so excited to be your 4th grade teacher! I graduated from Texas A&M International University with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology in 2014. I was born and raised in Laredo, Texas. I have lived in San Antonio for almost 6 years now, and I've enjoyed every minute of it!. I joined the education setting as an Instructional Aide in 2016. I assisted in the early childhood setting (PK) for 3 years. I have also been an Instructional Aide- for 2nd Grade ESL. I finally decided to take the journey and become a teacher! I am now certified in EC-6 with STR!! I will begin my 8th year as an educator! 

I'm honored to have been chosen to be part of JISD and the Wildcat Family!! I am excited to have the opportunity to expand the minds of your children! I will work hard and do whatever I can to help your children achieve and go beyond their goals!

In the future, I plan on furthering my career in achieving a Master's degree. After school, I sponsor and run our ANIME club!!

Outside of the classroom, I love spending time with my husband, two kids, and my CORGIS!! My son had the opportunity to come to such a great school! He will be in 7th grade this year! As for my daughter, she still has a long way to go! (She is 2!)

I look forward to getting to know each of you as we help your child achieve their goals this year! I'm truly blessed to be working at the Greatest School in the Universe!! GO WILDCATS!!!
