Welcome Wildcat Family to Woodlake Hills Middle School!

My name is Coach Saenz and I am a Health and Physical Education teacher here at Woodlake Hills. I am also a Coach and currently coach Volleyball, Basketball, Soccer, Track, and Softball. This is my second year here at Woodlake. Prior to being a teacher I worked with kids in the foster system and was also a juvenile correction officer. I was born and raised in San Antonio and graduated with my Bachelor's Degree in Multi-Disciplinary Studies with emphasis in Kinesiology, Health, and Sociology from University of Texas at San Antonio. Go Roadruners! In my spare time I love to watch and play sports and LOVE the Olympics when they are on every 2 years! One thing about me is that I believe RESPECT is everything when it comes to students or athletes. I always keep an open door policy and am a great communicator with students and parents. I am looking forward to a GREAT year and to seeing bright new faces wanting to learn and be competitive! GO WILDCATS!!!!
