Mr. Luis Ramirez

Hello Woodlake Hills Middle School family.  My name is Luis Ramirez, I have been in the education business for ten years.  I enjoy working with children and love to teach mathematics.  I first started teaching 6th grade mathematics in the state of Virginia back in 2010.  I taught math for two years and then taught Spanish for two more years for kindergarten through 8th grade.  I moved back to Texas after the loss of my folks and earning my degree at the end of 2015. 

 

I now have obtained a Teacher license to teach mathematics grades 6 through 8 and core subjects grades 1 through 6 for the state of Texas.  Since then I have worked six years for the Texas education system, four of those years here at Woodlake Hills Middle School.  I am a graduate of Concordia University where I earned my Master's degree and graduate of Texas A&M University where I earned my Bachelor's degree.  I thank you for choosing Woodlake Hills Middle School for your child's education.  And I will do my very best to keep your student engaged and motivated to learn the best mathematics possible.

 

PS.  This year I will hold tutoring sessions after school every Tuesday and Thursday from 3:45 to 4:15 pm.  Hope to see you there.
