Coach Zimny
I am very happy to begin another year at Elolf Elementary. I am proud to say I have been the Coach at Elolf since the school opened. I have enjoyed every moment and experience I have had as the Coach at Elolf! Our school has a very welcome feeling and you will find everyone is dedicated to helping our students and families in every way that we can.
I am a graduate from Indiana University and grew up in Merrillville, Indiana. I have one grown daughter, Julie who also has her Physical Education degree! She is a an alumni of Elolf Elementary. I am a proud to say I am a grandmother of 2 grandsons!
I am happy to have Coach Mac in the gym this year. Coach Mac has been at Elolf and knows many of our students. She is a welcome addition to our PE program.
During the school year we will be very active in P.E. I ask that the students come dressed in comfortable attire and tennis shoes. This is a safety precaution when moving and running. My goal for our students is that everyone has fun while staying active and getting healthy. I want it to be a fun learning environment where all students are successful and and enjoy their time in the gym!!
