Hello there! My name is Michelle Chapman and I am so thrilled to be teaching here at Rolling Meadows. I am especially excited to be teaching your little one in Pre-K 3! These early years are so crucial to the overall development of a child and I am honored to be entrusted with your child's education.
A little about me...
This is my second year here at Rolling Meadows teaching Pre-K 3. I am originally from the Rio Grande Valley where I graduated from The University of Texas Pan American. My certifications include EC-6 General Studies, ESL and STR (Science of Teaching Reading). My husband and I have called San Antonio home for the last eight years. Together we have two beautiful and kind-spirited daughters, Ella Rhea and Emma Kate. When I am not in the classroom, I absolutely love to cook and I love spending time with my family (especially while they enjoy the delicious meals I prepare). Oh, and I also absolutely love Starbucks! :)
I am looking forward to an amazing year and watching your child grow and learn. I am a firm believer in the concept of "we are where we need to be for that moment" and I am certain this is exactly where I am supposed to be!
