Hey there and welcome to RTI!? My name is Ms. Bishop. I am one of the RTI teachers here at Paschall Elementary. Home of the Tigers!!! I am originally from San Antonio. I graduated from Prairie View A&M University. I am entering into my 8th year working in education and my 4th year with JISD. I am so excited about this year and looking forward to all of the adventures that this year brings, while helping my students grow and have success!
