School starts August 16th!

Hello! My name is Mrs. Flores and I am your child's first grade teacher. This is my seventh-year teaching first grade and my thirteenth-year teaching at Paschall Elementary.  There is no job I would rather be doing and I thank you for sharing your child with me this year.

I was born in Monterey, California but moved to Germany when I was only 3 months old and spent the first five years of my life learning and exploring in another country, possibly explaining my love of traveling! I finally moved to San Antonio when the Army stationed our family at Fort Sam Houston. I am a proud product of 野花社区视频 ISD. I attended Crestview, Kitty Hawk, and 野花社区视频. My college education began at San Antonio College and then I transferred to UTSA where I earned my Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education.

I’ve been married to Matthew Flores for 6 years. We have a daughter who is Thress! She is the love of our lives and every day is better because of her! We also have three fur babies. Our two dogs, Sully and Laura, and our cat, Footloose. I love to spend time with my family!

 I also love to travel! Whenever I have time, my family and I  always plan to get away to places around the country like Washington, Colorado, Pennsylvania and New York.  We even visit other countries, but sometimes we enjoy a "staycation" around Texas.   I also love to shop, especially when I can find deals on things for my daughter. I love to take a "few" minutes out of the day to myself to do CrossFit where I get to lift heavy weights, run, bike, and just see how far I can push my limits!

I have a passion for teaching little minds. It brings me a lot of happiness to inspire children and watch them grow throughout the year. I love to see them learn to their fullest potential. I'm excited to be working with your child this year! Let's have a great year!
