Welcome to Crestview Elementary Music! I am in my sixth year at Crestview, but my 15th year teaching in elementary music. Before coming to Crestview, I spent my first 9 years of teaching at Hartman Elementary here in 野花社区视频 ISD. At Crestview, in addition to music class, I offer Choir for 3rd-5th grades, Marimba for 4th and 5th grade, and Music Memory for 3rd-5th grades. In addition to teaching at Crestview, I also teach flute and piano lessons, as well as being a professional flute player, and a member of the San Antonio Wind Symphony. I also direct the children's choir at First Presbyterian Church of San Antonio. I received my degree in Music Education in 2008 from The University of Texas at San Antonio. Before attending UTSA, I studied as a flute performance major at the University of North Texas.
