The 野花社区视频 English Language Arts and Reading (ELAR) team is committed to support the teaching, learning, and effective literacy instruction. The ELAR elementary/secondary coordinators work together with teachers to implement and support the elements of the JISD Literacy Blueprint. The ELAR instructional specialists support our teachers and students by:
- professional development sessions
- model teaching
- instructional coaching
- collaborative lesson planning
- participation in PLCs
