Welcome back Toros! I look forward to another fabulous year at Coronado Village Elementary and getting to know each and everyone of our students!
Let me tell you a little bit about myself. This is my 16th year of teaching at the elementary level and my 16th year of teaching at Coronado Village Elementary. I enjoyed the role of PE Aide for 6 years. Next, I taught Math RTI, 4th grade, 5th grade, and 2nd grade. In the fall of 2017, I became the PE teacher at CVE and went back to where it all began, our fabulous gym.
I received my degree in Applied Science with an emphasis in PE from Wayland Baptist University and then also a Masters in Elementary Education from Wayland Baptist University.
I enjoy sports (especially college football), reading, shopping, church activities, and spending time with my family. I am married with 3 boys, ages 22, 18, and 16.
Sports, fitness, and nutrition have always been very important to me and my goal is to teach your student to make it an important part of their life. This will be another awesome year, with many new activities planned for your student and for the whole family to enjoy!
