Hello!  My name is Rocio Linett Mallen and I am currently the Bilingual-Special Education Teacher at Hopkins Elementary.  I graduated from Texas A&M-Kingsville with a Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies specializing in Bilingual Education and have been teaching for 24 years. I was born and raised in Eagle Pass, TX. and am proud to have started my teaching career in my hometown back in 1998!  I moved to Converse, TX. in 2017.  Over the years, I have had the opportunity to teach different elementary grade levels, but have spent the last wonderful 15 years in Special Education.  I am excited about this new school year and feel honored and privileged to work with your child.
