FOR PURCHASE GOODS OF ACCESSORIES
- Upon shipment received, please check our seal are not tamper upon delivery. If yes, make sure shipment content is new before received.
- Should we send an incorrect item to you, you may contact us or email to us at firstname.lastname@example.org together with your Order Ref within 3 business days of your order received. Once verified and agreed, ZMD will ship back the correct item to you. No dispute will be entertained after 3 business days.
- Incorrect item returns must be in their original packaging or they will not be accepted.
- For any replacement for defective goods (not arrived broken) or wrong model of goods entitle to return back with 10% administrative charges. Please make sure you give correct model of vending machine, year of manufacture and details of accessories to avoid misunderstanding.
FOR PURCHASE OF VENDING MACHINE
- Goods sold are not returnable or exchangeable.
- No refund will be given if cancellation is made with less than 2 weeks remaining before delivery.
