20th year anniversary

Welcome to MaryLou Hartman Elementary School, home of the Knights.  MaryLou Hartman Elementary School was originally established in August, 2003 and named after philanthropist Mrs. Mary Lou Hartman who donated the land to the 野花社区视频 Independent School District with one wish -- build a school and serve the children of Bexar County! The Hartman family is a proud support of all children throughout the greater Bexar County area and continues to this day to be a family sponsoring activities throughout this great city of San Antonio. We owe a great THANK YOU to the Hartman family for their patronage all of these years, and we look forward to continuing our relationship.

We are very proud of our service to the community for the past 20 years and are excited every day about providing a quality bilingual education to the students of the 野花社区视频 ISD and a Spanish immersion program! We are celebrating our 20th year anniversary this school year and want to invite EVEYONE to be a part of our rich history.

Our mission is to provide a rigorous and excellent educational experience to our multi-cultural community, while instilling self-respect, servitude, tolerance, and integrity to act as globally responsible citizens.

We are truly excited to host a premier Dual Language program for your child(ren) who need to acquire English as their second language and a Spanish Immersion program for eligible children desiring to learn a second language - Spanish!  While at Hartman, you can expect to have diverse cultural celebrations, lessons for character building, and a team of nurturing teachers who will care for and educate your wonderful child(ren).  At Hartman we believe that we are the "Hart" of 野花社区视频 ISD.
